Return Policy

Overview

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All items returned must be in a re-sellable condition. This means returned items must be unworn, free of stains, odours, animal hair and creasing. Items must not be damaged and must be returned with the original labels still attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. No Warranties. THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OR OPERATION OF THIS WEBSITE.

Exchanges

We only replace items if you have made an error in the size or color. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at merchandise@erikd.be and send your item to: ErikD – J.Hammeneckerstraat 14 – 2880 Mariekerke – Belgium.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: ErikD – J.Hammeneckerstraat 14 – 2880 Mariekerke – Belgium.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
