ARTIST BIO
Erik D is a Belgian DJ and producer whose connection with electronic music stretches back to his teenage years. He started his musical journey at 15, working as a technician at one of Belgium’s early pirate radio stations, where he also developed his experience behind the decks and in radio.
His passion for dance music continued through DJ performances and radio work, including time with Belgian radio network Radio Contact. After discovering Trance, Erik D found a sound that would become central to his musical identity — powerful, uplifting, energetic and deeply emotional.
In 2020, during the COVID period, Erik D turned his focus toward music production and began creating his own tracks. His first single, “Sensations,” was released by BIP Records in September 2021. Since then, he has continued building a catalogue of original productions across the Trance and electronic music spectrum.
Erik D’s music is driven by a simple philosophy: Trance is about emotion, energy and connection. His productions aim to capture that feeling and translate it into melodic, uplifting electronic music.
